A LEGAL DISCLAIMER

This Shipping and Return Policy explains how JJM Nails handles order processing, delivery, returns, exchanges and refunds when you purchase our products online or from our self-serve JJM Nails stations. By placing an order with JJM Nails, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

SHIPPING POLICY 

Once your order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed, we aim to dispatch your items as quickly as possible. Orders placed and paid for before 12:00 pm (midday) on a business day are generally dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed and paid for after 12:00 pm (midday) are generally dispatched on the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the relevant dispatch location. Dispatch timeframes are indicative only and may be extended during busy periods, promotional events, public holidays or due to unforeseen disruptions. Once your order has been dispatched, it is handed to a third-party delivery carrier. Delivery times vary depending on your location, the shipping method selected at checkout and the performance of the carrier. Any delivery dates or timeframes we provide are estimates only and are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, JJM Nails is not liable for delays caused by postal or courier services or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, peak trading periods or other factors outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of ordering. If an order is returned to us because the address provided is incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible or unattended, we may contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery, and these must be paid before the order is sent again. Risk in the products, including risk of loss, damage or deterioration, passes to you once your order is delivered to the delivery address you provided, or when you or your nominated person collects the order from the carrier. Title in the products passes to you only once full payment has been received and processed by JJM Nails.

RETURN POLICY 

For hygiene and safety reasons, and in line with health standards for cosmetic and personal-use products, JJM Nails does not offer change-of-mind returns or refunds on nail sets once they have left our control, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law. This applies to purchases made through our website and to purchases made via our self-serve JJM Nails stations. Please choose carefully and review product details, imagery and any sizing information before confirming your order or selection at a station.

If you believe that an item in your order is faulty, damaged in transit or incorrect compared with what you ordered, you must contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you. If your products appear faulty or incorrect, you must email us at admin@jjmnails.com within fourteen days of receiving your order. In your email, you should include your order number, a clear description of the issue and, where possible, photographs showing the fault, damage or incorrect item. In some cases, we may ask you to return the product to us for inspection before a remedy is provided.

Where we reasonably determine that a product is faulty, damaged or incorrect and that you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, JJM Nails will cover the reasonable cost of return postage and will provide an appropriate remedy. Depending on the nature of the issue and what the law requires, that remedy may include repair, replacement of the item, a refund to your original payment method, or a store credit. To be eligible for a remedy, products should be returned in their original packaging and, as far as possible, in good, unused condition, except to the extent necessary to inspect the product and identify the fault.

Where a refund is approved in relation to a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, JJM Nails may process a refund back to your original payment method or offer a store credit, in line with your preference and with the Australian Consumer Law. Store credits are issued in Australian Dollars and may be used towards future purchases on our website. Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be transferred or sold, except where required by law. Once you have chosen a store credit instead of a refund, that store credit cannot generally be converted back into a cash refund unless the Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.

JJM Nails currently offers a general size range designed to suit most nail shapes and lengths, with multiple nail widths in each set so that you can select the closest fit for each finger and lightly file or shape as needed. If you find that the size or fit of your nails is not suitable, you may contact us at admin@jjmnails.com to discuss whether an exchange is possible. Subject to our assessment and our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law, we may at our discretion offer an exchange for another nail set of the same price, provided that the items are returned within a reasonable period, in their original packaging and in good, unused condition. Unless the Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise, you may be responsible for postage costs associated with returning items for a size or style exchange, and we will confirm any applicable costs at the time you contact us.

For purchases made via our self-serve JJM Nails stations at World Trade Centre, 18–38 Siddeley St, Docklands VIC 3005, and DFO Moorabbin, 250 Centre Dandenong Rd, Moorabbin Airport VIC 3194, you should carefully review the product and sizing information displayed on the station screen or signage before confirming your selection. As these stations are self-serve, it is your responsibility to choose the correct product. Change-of-mind returns are not available for station purchases, but your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including in relation to faulty or misdescribed products, remain in place. If you have an issue with a product purchased from a station, you should contact us via email at admin@jjmnails.com within fourteen days of receiving the product, and this Shipping and Return Policy will apply.

Nothing in this Shipping and Return Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantees or rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws. If there is any inconsistency between this policy and your statutory rights, your statutory rights will prevail to the extent of that inconsistency.
