We want every JJM Nails parcel to arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and clear photos. Once the item is safely returned to us in unused condition, we will happily compensate you with a replacement or refund. For change-of-mind returns, including sizing or style preference, we offer store credit provided the product remains unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using tracked postage to ensure your item reaches us securely.
